In 2016, two family businesses, W.D. Germano & Son and Lathrop Construction came together to create LG Properties, LLC.

The Lathrop and Germano families have a long history of experience in commercial and residential construction and remodeling.

Warren D. Germano, Anthony’s father, was the owner and operator of W.D Germano & Son. The family’s business specialized in residential and commercial construction and remodeling throughout the 1980’s and 1990’s. Anthony’s brother Paul worked along side his father and his mother Terry ran the office for the business. Warren was well known for his perfectionist style and attention to detail that translated into the highest quality of finish for his customers.

Brett Lathrop owned and operated Lathrop Construction, a framing company in Worcester County that specialized in the framing of residential homes. Brett’s crews efficiency and quality translated into a thriving business of single family, custom built homes for individual homeowners as well as high end developers from Worcester to Boston.

In 2016, LG Properties was the beneficiary of both company’s experience as they began working together in residential construction and remodeling throughout Worcester County and the Metro West communities. .
